About the Chef:
Kelly Ehlert is the chef and operator at Kelly's Roots Cafe & Marketplace. She was inspired to open her new cafe from her passion for food and cooking for others. Largely due to her Italian roots, Kelly has always had a love for cooking and hosting. In 2013, Kelly took her passion and inspiration West where she attended the International Culinary Center in Campbell, CA. After graduating she came back to Queensbury with her degree in Culinary Arts and knowledge of California style foods. Now with the opening of her cafe, she is excited to share her West Coast flare with her customers. We look forward to your visit and hope you have an amazing experience!
